ATTORNEY PROFILE
Born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan.
Ms. Chang came to the United States in 1981 as a
foreign student to pursue her Master’s Degree.
Before became a lawyer, Ms. Chang was
a successful business woman. After her daughter was
born in December of 1990, Ms. Chang decided to go to
law school while staying home to take care of her
baby because of her vision to help other people.
Ms. Chang graduated from Western State University,
College of Law, in December 1994. In June of 1996,
Ms. Chang was admitted to the Supreme Court of
California to practice law. Ms. Chang is also
admitted to the U. S. Court of Appeals for the 9th,
10th, and 11th Circuit
Courts. Ms. Chang is a member of the American Bar
Association, the State Bar of California, the
American Immigration Lawyers Association, and a
Certified Notary Public.
Ms. Chang’s practices concentrate in
immigration law. It is her great pleasure that she
could help her clients to achieve their American
dreams by helping them to obtain their legal status
and permanent residence.
In June of 1998, Ms. Chang
successfully helped the first Indonesia Chinese
family to apply for political asylum after the
Indonesia’s May ’98 riots. Ms. Chang also has a
great record of getting her client’s application for
National Interest Waiver approved in five weeks. In
November of 2005, Ms. Chang argued in front of the 9th
Circuit Court and was successfully defended her
client’s immigration case.
